AFFILIATION PROCEDURE & FEES STRUCTURE

Step 1: Download application form from our official website.
Step 2: Fill the application form according to the guidelines mentioned in the application form.
Step 3: Submit filled application along with the required documents (mentioned in the checklist) by visiting our administrative office in person or send through courier/post to our office address.
Step 4: The submitted documents will be directed to our verification team. The verification team will scrutinize received documents along with duly filled application form.
Step 5: After completion of successful verification, you may need to pay inspection fee in the form of Cash/Cheque/DD in favour of NCVTC, Trivandrum and our inspection team will visit your premise. Inspection team will cross check the correctness of information provided in the application. If any deviation found, NCVTC may reject the application.
Step 6: After inspection, NCVTC Board of directors will give temporary approval to the training Centre and MOU will be prepared. ATC shall pay affiliation fee in the form of Cash/Cheque/DD in favour of National Council for Technology and Training, Trivandrum. MOU should be signed by both parties (authorized person from training Centre and NCVTC official) and the original copy will be kept with ATC.
On successful completion of these steps, you will be recognized as "Authorized Training Centre (ATC)" and the framed ATC certificate with ATC code will be send to your office within 7 days.

Types of Affiliation/Registration

There are two types of ATC registration

1-Online
2-Offline

1.1. - for online approval you have to fill an online form go on the website. You’ll get link/form in accreditation zone Online

1.2. - After filling form you have to pay approval fees. It’s link also mentioned on the website

2.1.-  For offline approval, you'll get a hard copy of a form from NBVTE'S side and you have to fill out the from and courier back to us, you'll have to attach your document's like Director photo, Pan card, Aadhaar card, Address Proof, Electricity bill,  Building photo etc.

2.2.-After verifying your document you have to pay the approval fees in Board account.

Who can get affiliation / Register? Important Notification:  Kindly attention: – The Affiliation and registration Fees is going to Increase from 1 April 2023. The centre registered with NETHAJI COMMUNITY VOCATIONAL TRAINING COUNCIL Online Mode after 1 Jan 2022 they must have to Pay Applicable Amount for the Affiliation and registration Rs.-32500/- Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Rupees Only.

Required documents and photographs for online/offline registration.

  1. Aadhaar card.
  2. PAN card.
  3. Centre Head Passport Size Colour Photograph.
  4. Centre Outer Photo ( Main Gate)
  5. Reception Room/Waiting Hall Photographs.
  6. Training Room Photograph.
  7. Office photograph.
  8. Staff Particulars Details
  9. Drinking Water
  10. CC TV
  11. Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Shop act License
  12. Driving License
  13. Qualification Details

NOTE:

  • The affiliation fees is Non-refundable.
  • Renewal of the NCVTC / Training Centre shall be done every year.
  • Renewal of Training Centre must be done within 10 days from the last date of Affiliation.
  • Renewal fees Yearly  will be (Announced) Rs for Training Centre ( Renewal Month March)

Process of Payment Deposition:

There are four ways to make payment of affiliation or registration.

  • NEFT ( National Electronics Fund Transfer )
  • Demand Draft.
  • Cash Credit to Account.
  • Credit Card / Debit Card / Paytm/Google Pay/Phone Pay

Schedule for Affiliation:

The process of affiliation is Minimum Online 3 Day's & Offline one Month Duration Process.

  • After Successful Online Submission of Registration/ Affiliation form you will get provisional ID for reference ( Within 2 Days from Registration and Payment )
  • Our Channel Partner/Training Partner will visit your Training Centre. (Within the 10 days after getting ID.
  • Our Training Partner submitted the report to Head office/District Executive Office/State Programme Office and then you will provide Affiliation letter. ( Within 05 days after Training Partner Visit to Training Centre)
  • ATC Login will be provided to the Channel Partner/Training Partner( Username & Password)/Training Centre
Renewal & Rejection Guidelines

Read carefully the given points below while sending the centre’s renewal agreement to head office.

  1. Read carefully the given points below while sending the centre’s renewal agreement to District Executive Office/ Head office.
  2. Without paying your debt amount it will not possible to renew your centre.
  3. Agreement form should be clearly fulfilled with the centre director's photo at appropriate place.
  4. If the address or centre director of the centre has changed without any pre information, kindly send the affidavit and a letter on your letterhead.
  5. Before sending, kindly inter the mobile number and Email Id of the centre director in appropriate column.
