
AFFILIATION PROCEDURE & FEES STRUCTURE FOR ATC
Step 1: Download application form from our official website.
Step 2: Fill the application form according to the guidelines mentioned in the application form.
Step 3: Submit filled application along with the required documents (mentioned in the checklist) by visiting our administrative office in person or send through courier/post to our office address.
Step 4: The submitted documents will be directed to our verification team. The verification team will scrutinize received documents along with duly filled application form.
Step 5: After completion of successful verification, you may need to pay inspection fee in the form of Cash/Cheque/DD in favour of NCVTC, Trivandrum and our inspection team will visit your premise. Inspection team will cross check the correctness of information provided in the application. If any deviation found, NCVTC may reject the application.
Step 6: After inspection, NCVTC Board of directors will give temporary approval to the training Centre and MOU will be prepared.
ATC shall pay affiliation fee in the form of Cash/Cheque/DD in favour of National Council for Technology and Training, Trivandrum.
MOU should be signed by both parties (authorized person from training Centre and NCVTC official) and the original copy will be kept with ATC.

On successful completion of these steps, you will be recognized as "Authorized Training Centre (ATC)" and the framed ATC certificate with ATC code will be send to your office within 7 days.
